Booking Policies
Deposit
A non-refundable $20 deposit reserves your appointment. Remaining balance is due the day of service.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations outside this window forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling
Request changes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Late Arrival
Arrivals past 15 minutes may require rescheduling, out of respect for every client's time.

Arrive on time for your full, uninterrupted service.
Come with hair clean & dry, unless noted for your service.
Bring inspiration photos to help nail your desired look.
Mention any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp concerns ahead of time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my own wig?
Yes — these are wig install appointments, so you'll bring the wig. A Frontal Install requires a full 13x6 frontal from ear to ear, and Frontal w/ Extra Styling requires an extra bundle if you're going for a half up, half down look.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Touch-ups aren't offered on any install.
Do you install over locs?
No — installs over locs aren't offered.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable $20 deposit reserves your appointment, with the remaining balance due the day of service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice — outside that window, the deposit is forfeited.
How should I prep for my appointment?
Arrive on time with hair clean & dry (unless noted otherwise for your service), skip heavy products or oils that day, and bring any inspiration photos for your look. Mention any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp concerns ahead of time.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, and closed Sundays. After Hours Appointments are also bookable through the online booking page for times outside the regular schedule.
